Description :: This is a beautiful example of the burnished pottery by Purepecha artists in the remote village of Huancito. It is a classic vase shape and features handpainted flowers and birds in white, a bit different from the usual clay pots that are the tradition in this pottery community. This piece was made by the very talented young artisan, Guadalupe Espicio.
Note:The vase is not water tight, so if you choose to use it for holding fresh flowers, a plastic or glass insert can be easily used.
